If you are unhappy with that state of your actions of what you would want to do and if it's not born from a place of love then that's going into fear pain suffering etc. But that's how you find it. It's the most easiest thing to do.

And anytime when someone's trying to search for their authentic self just go back to that: “What if nothing mattered?”

What would I do? What would I say? How would I act? And do that in love? And you will be operating at the highest state of consciousness and frequency as the very spark of creation.
